The Team

Paul Coles

Job Title: Dip PFS, Managing Director and Financial Planner

Paul has worked in the financial services industry for much of his career, starting out with arranging motor and household insurance in 1993, before becoming qualified to advise on Pensions and Investments in 2002.  Paul joined Integrity Pensions & Investments in January 2014 following a move from a larger IFA firm in Wiltshire, where he was a director.  Paul had been searching for a ‘niche’ for some time, as he wanted to join a smaller, more bespoke firm, who have a closer working relationship with their clients.  After all, it is our clients who make the job interesting.

Paul has lived in Wiltshire all his life, he loves being out and about in the countryside and can quite often be found on top of a hill somewhere (along with Charlie the dog)  training for his next running event. He is married to Maria and they have two young daughters who seem to lead busier social lives than their parents!

CHRIS HUES

Job Title: Dip FA, Financial Planner

Chris has been working in financial services since 2001. Having started his career working at one of the biggest financial services firm in the UK, he was then carefully selected to work for the largest mortgage and protection brokers in the country. However, Chris felt that he wanted to be able to give his clients a more personable service so he decided to work for a smaller independent firm of financial advisers, which allowed him to offer his clients a more bespoke service, which he continues to do today. He is actively involved in advising both private and corporate clients in all areas of investments, pensions and protection. It is important for Chris to get to know his clients and have a thorough understanding of their circumstances, so he can ensure he provides the best solution, presented in a straightforward and friendly manner. Chris lives in the Wiltshire countryside. When he is not busy with his two daughters, in his spare time he enjoys the gym and running.

Ian WILLIAMS

Job Title: Dip PFS, Financial Planner and Mortgage Director

Ian started his financial services career in 1987 with NatWest as an investments officer managing investment portfolios for the Bank’s personal and trust clients. Ian has subsequently worked for the Britannia Building Society and for Nat West (again!) as a financial planning manager, providing financial advice in mortgages, protection, retirement planning and investments. In 1999 Ian decided to specialise in mortgages and moved to a well-known mortgage broker in central London transacting high net worth and complex mortgages for a broad range of clients. Ian has more recently worked within the estate agency sector as a mortgage broker, sales manager and Head of Sales with a large, premium estate agency brand.

Ian joined Integrity in 2022 and has completed his diploma in regulated financial services, whilst at the same time providing mortgage advice to clients. He is very focused on client outcomes and works very hard to provide a smooth and efficient service and provide the advice in simple, understandable language.

Ian is married to Clare, has 3 children and lives in the Pewsey Vale. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his dogs in the Wiltshire countryside, driving his classic mini and riding his motorcycles, either on the road or across the green lanes of Wiltshire.

JACQUI CLARK

Job Title: Office Manager

Jacqui has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, starting her career at a busy Independent Financial Advisers office in Bath in 1992, as a Director’s Personal Assistant. Jacqui has worked for Integrity Pensions & Investments since its inception in 2010 and enjoys working alongside the advisers, using her years of experience to provide support to them and Integrity’s clients.

Jacqui lives in Chippenham and loves to spend her spare time with her family and friends, she also enjoys long walks in the countryside with her two dogs Boston and Poppy

REBECCA WITCHER

Job Title: Cert PFS, Paraplanner

Rebecca has worked in the financial services industry since 2007, starting as an administrator at a firm of Financial Advisers in Winchester. She has worked hard to achieve her exams and was promoted to Paraplanner in 2010. She was employed by Integrity Pensions & Investments in February 2015 to work alongside the advisers, utilising her technical skills and experience to provide additional support to clients. Rebecca is a busy mum of two boys, volunteering for the PTA of their school and their local Scout group. In her ‘spare’ time she enjoys tap dancing and running and is about to complete her first half marathon.

Clare WILLIAMS

Job Title: Administrator

Clare joined Integrity Pensions & Investments Ltd in 2023, predominantly to help Ian with the administration of our mortgage and protection applications on a part-time basis. Clare has studied to complete her Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) exam so has a broad understanding of mortgages and their applications. Before Integrity, Clare has worked as a personal assistant for the investment bank Société General and the City accountants and auditors, Arthur Anderson before having a career break to have children.

As well as being married to Ian with their 3 children, when not working Clare enjoys horse riding (with her youngest daughter) and is a volunteer at Stonehenge.
